Academic2IT is a student acceleration program that aims to create a platform for students to connect and collaborate with industry professionals, for students to upskill themselves and become Industry ready.
Academic2IT provides a workshop based on current IT industry trends and organises short and long-term workshops for students. We have specially designed programmes for students to upskill and improve their practical knowledge in various aspects of cutting-edge technology.
In order to integrate the newest technology into the curriculum, we entered into a several number of MoUs with prestigious universities and colleges as part of our initiative. Our top-tier IT experts are working to deliver the courses and train the students through real-world, practical projects. Students were able to experience both the realities on the ground and the expectations of the industries as a result.
Similar difficulties were encountered when trying to find top talent for our software development R&D activities for our operations in India. As we already have experience developing talented people through our practical programmes, we launched to assist IT graduates in interacting with the industry.
